目的：探讨舒血宁注射液治疗急性冠脉综合征不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果。方法选取本院2012年3月~2014年3月收治的84例不稳定型心绞痛患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组，各42例。对照组给予常规药物治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用舒血宁注射液治疗，比较两组的总有效率、治疗前后血清hs-CRP、BNP水平、治疗前后心绞痛发作情况及不良反应发生率。结果观察组的总有效率为92.86%，显著高于对照组的76.19%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的血清hs-CRP、BNP水平显著低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的血清hs-CRP、BNP水平显著低于对照组治疗后，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的心绞痛发作频率及持续时间显著低于治疗前，两组治疗后的心绞痛发作间期显著长于治疗前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的心绞痛发作频率及持续时间显著低于对照组治疗后，心绞痛发作间期显著长于对照组治疗后，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论舒血宁注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛效果显著，能有效改善症状，促进患者恢复，且具有较高的安全性，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shuxuening injection in the treatment of acute coronary syn-drome complicated with unstable angina pectoris. Methods 84 patients with unstable angina pectoris in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 42 cases in each group.The control group was given regular medical treatment,the observation group was given Shuxu-ening injection on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,the level of serum hs-CRP,BNP before and after treatment,the attack condition of angina pectoris before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reaction in two groups was compared respectively. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.86%,which was higher than that 76.19%in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The level of serum hs-CRP,BNP after treatment in two groups was lower than that before treatment,with significant difference (P<0.05).The level of serum hs-CRP,BNP after treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,with signifi-cant difference (P<0.05).The attack frequency and duration of angina after treatment in two groups was lower than that before treatment,the attack interphase of angina after treatment in two groups was longer than that before treatment,with significant difference (P<0.05).The attack frequency and duration of angina after treatment in the observation group was lower than that after treatment in the control group,the attack interphase of angina after treatment in the observation group was longer than that after treatment in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The incidence of ad-verse reaction between two groups was not significantly difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of Shuxuening injec-tion in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome complicated with unstable angina pectoris is significant,which can ef-fectively improve the symptoms,promote recovery of patients and has high security,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
