2 cases with non ketotic hyperglycemia hemichorea diagnosed in Jilin Neurosurgical Hospital from May 2014 to January 2015 were analyzed retrospectively.Clinical data of patients were collected,and the related literature were reviewed to explore the clinical feature,imaging characteristics,pathogenesis,treatment and prognosis of patients. The age of 2 patients was 73,75 years old respectively,they are all female.1 patient had a history of diabetes in the past,and other 1 patient had no history of diabetes in the past,but had a high blood glucose at the time of onset.2 pa-tients were acute and unilateral onset,1 case was left,the other 1 case was right;1 patient was with unilateral upper limb involvement,the other 1 case was with unilateral upper and lower limb involvement.2 patients with head CT showed that the symptom of dance,and high density shadow was in the basal ganglia region.Head MRIplain to scan the correspond-ing part showed the abnormal signal.2 patients during hospitalization were given insulin combined with tiapride treat-ment,then the symptom of dance in patients were relieved within 15 days.Non ketotic hyperglycemia hemichorea often occurs in old women,and it is common in diabetic patients with poor glycemic control,and the unilateral onset is more common.At the same time of insulin to control blood sugar,dopamine receptor antagonists of combined application can relieve the symptom of dance in patients in the short term,and the prognosis is good.%回顾性分析2014年5月~2015年1月在吉林省脑科医院诊断为非酮症高血糖性偏侧舞蹈症的患者2例,收集患者的临床资料,复习相关文献,探讨其临床特征、影像学特点、发病机制、治疗及预后。2例患者年龄分别为73、75岁,全部为女性。1例患者既往有糖尿病史,1例患者既往否认糖尿病史但发病时伴高血糖。2例患者均急性且单侧起病,1例为左侧,1例为右侧,1例患者单侧上肢受累,1例患者单侧上下肢同时受累。2例患者头部CT均显示舞蹈症状,对侧基底节区呈高密度影。头部MRI平扫相应部位可见异常信号。2例患者住院期间均应用胰岛素联合硫必利治疗,其舞蹈症症状均在15 d内缓解。非酮症高血糖性偏侧舞蹈症好发于老年女性,常见于血糖控制不佳的糖尿病患者,且单侧起病多见。在胰岛素控制血糖的同时联合多巴胺受体拮抗剂可使患者的舞蹈症状短期内缓解,且预后良好。
