Objective To explore the predictive value of Doppler ultrasound monitoring in uterine artery and oph-thalmic artery in preeclampsia-eclampsia. Methods 85 patients with mild preeclampsia,36 cases of severe preeclamp-sia and eclampsia from January 2008 to December 2014 in our hospital was selected as the research object,all patients were measured uterine artery S/D value and ophthalmic artery B/A value.80 cases of normal pregnant women parameter values from the same period were randomly selected and retrospectively analyzed.The detection results of the three groups was compared. Results The amount of urine protein less than 0.1 g/24 h in the mild preeclampsia group and se-vere preeclampsia and eclampsia group was less than that in the normal control group,with significant difference (P<0.01).The amount of urine protein in the 0.1-0.3 g/24 h in the mild preeclampsia group was more than that in the se-vere preeclampsia and eclampsia group and the normal control group,with significant difference (P<0.01).The amount of urine protein more than 0.1 g/24 h in the severe preeclampsia and eclampsia group was more than that in the normal control group and the mild preeclampsia group,with significant difference (P<0.01).The value of uterine artery S/D in the mild preeclampsia group and severe preeclampsia and eclampsia group was higher than that in the normal control group,with significant difference (P<0.01).The value of uterine artery S/D in severe preeclampsia and eclampsia group was higher than that in the mild preeclampsia group,with significant difference (P<0.01).The value of ophthalmic artery B/A in the severe preeclampsia and eclampsia group was higher than that in the normal control group and the mild preeclampsia group,with significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion Uterine artery S/D value and ophthalmic artery B/A value can be more objectively reflect preeclampsia,eclampsia level,the uterine artery S/D ratio has higher sensitivity. The elevation of ophthalmic artery B/A value indicates the risk of severe preeclampsia and eclampsia.Through the dy-namic observation of the two data sets combined with clinical manifestations can objectively determine the severity,pre-vent excessive medical treatment or not timely treatment.%目的：探讨超声测量眼动脉B/A值和子宫动脉S/D值对子痫前期-子痫的预测价值。方法选取本院2008年1月~2014年12月的85例轻度子痫前期患者和36例重度子痫前期及子痫患者作为研究对象，分别测量子宫动脉S/D值和眼动脉B/A值。随机选取同期的80例正常孕妇参数值进行回顾性分析，比较3组的检测结果。结果轻度子痫前期组和重度子痫前期及子痫组的尿蛋白<0.1 g/24 h者显著少于正常对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。轻度子痫前期组的尿蛋白量为0.1~0.3 g/24 h者显著多于正常对照组和重度子痫前期及子痫组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。重度子痫前期及子痫组的尿蛋白跃0.3 g/24 h显著多于正常对照组和轻度子痫前期组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。重度子痫前期及子痫组与轻度子痫前期组的子宫动脉S/D值显著高于正常对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。重度子痫前期及子痫组的子宫动脉S/D值显著高于轻度子痫前期组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。重度子痫前期及子痫组的眼动脉B/A值显著高于轻度子痫前期组与正常对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论子宫动脉S/D值与眼动脉B/A值能够比较客观地反映子痫前期及子痫的程度，其中子宫动脉S/D值敏感性较高。眼动脉B/A值的升高则预示有重度子痫前期、子痫的风险。通过对两组数据的动态观察同时结合临床的各种表现能客观判断病情程度，防止过度医疗或不及时治疗。
