目的：观察丹红注射液耳周穴位注射治疗突发性耳聋的临床效果。方法选取2011年10月~2013年12月来本院就诊的124例突发性耳聋患者，将其随机分为观察组和对照组各62例。对照组采用传统西医治疗，观察组在传统治疗的基础上，加用丹红注射液耳周穴位注射。观察两组患者受损频率听阙恢复情况及临床疗效。结果治疗后，观察组听阈明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；观察组总有效率为88.71%，显著高于对照组的62.90%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论丹红注射液穴位注射治疗突发性耳聋可明显提高患者的听阈值，疗效确切，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To study the curative effect of Danhong injection periotic acupoint injection in treatment of sud-den deafness. Methods 124 cases of patients with sudden deafness in our hospital from October 2011 to December 2013 were divided into observation group and control group,control group were given with western medicine treatment, observation group were added with Danhong injection periotic acupoint injection on the basis of western medicine,clini-cal curative effect between two groups was compared. Results After treatment,the hearing threshold of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was significant (P<0.01);the total effective rate was 88.71% in observation group,higher than 62.90%of control group,the difference was significant (P<0.01). Conclusion Danhong in-jection periotic acupoint injection in treatment of sudden deafness can obviously increase hearing threshold,has curative effect,is worthy of clinical application.
