神经发育支持模式联合神经节苷脂、高压氧在早产儿脑损伤修复中的作用

         

摘要

Objective To research the effect of neurodevelopmental support care combined with ganglioside,hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the repair of brain injury in preterm infants. Methods 100 patients with brain injury in preterm in-fants treated in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2013 were extracted and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group,the patients in the control group were given neurodevelopmental support care treatment,the observation group was combined with ganglioside,hy-perbaric oxygen treatment based on the neurodevelopmental support model,the clinical observation,neurological behav-ior score and the incidence of sequelae of two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group (92%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (84%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of sequelae in the observation group (10%) was significantly lower than that of the control group (32%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The two times neurological behavior score of ob-servation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of neurodevelopmental support care combined with ganglioside,hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the repair of brain injury in preterm infants is significantly,and can promote the recovery of children with the func-tion of the nervous system,brain repair is beneficial to children,and it is worth in clinical application.%目的:研究神经发育支持模式联合神经节苷脂、高压氧在早产儿脑损伤修复中的作用。方法抽取2012年1月~2013年6月来本院治疗早产儿脑损伤的患儿100例,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例,对照组患者给予神经发育支持模式治疗,观察组患者在神经发育支持模式的基础上联合神经节苷脂、高压氧治疗;观察比较两组患者的临床疗效、神经行为评分和后遗症发病率。结果观察组患者的总有效率(92%)显著高于对照组(84%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的后遗症发病率(10%)显著低于对照组(32%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者2次的神经行为评分均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经发育支持模式联合神经节苷脂、高压氧在早产儿脑损伤修复中的效果显著,且能促进神经系统功能恢复,有益于脑修复,值得临床应用。
