Recently,Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and Ministry of Finance jointly issued the National New Material Industry Resource Sharing Platform Construction Program(“the Program”),aiming to fully improve the resource sharing service level,management level and public service supply capacity of the Chinese new material industry.
