On March,Guigang City signed a formal investment agreement with Guangxi Pinglv Group Co.,Ltd.(''''Pinglv'''')in Pingguo,known as a County of Aluminum in China.Pinglv’s Chairman Xie Zhiqiang,and Head of Qintang District,Guigang City Zhang Jinglian signed the agreement on behalf of the two sides.
