The particle size of kaolin in the different delamination grinding conditions was studyed by the mono-factor experiment design method. The impacts of factors, such as the comcentration of kaolin slurry, the size of medium ball, the quality ratio of kaolin to medium ball and the grinding time on the kaolin particle size was studied. The kaolinite crystal shapes were observed under SEM. The optimum delamination grinding conditions were summarized as: 40%~45% for the concentration of kaolin slurry; 0.8-1.0mm for the size of medium ball; 1 : 1 for the quality ratio of kaolin to medium ball; 120min for the grinding time.%采用单因素试验设计方法对在不同磨剥条件下的高岭土颗粒的粒度进行研究,分析了高岭土浆液的浓度、介质球的粒度、高岭土与介质球的质量比以及磨剥时间等诸因素对高岭土颗粒粒度的影响.利用SEM对磨剥样品的微观结构形貌进行了表征分析,从而得出了最佳的磨剥条件:高岭土浆液的浓度40%~45%、介质球的粒度0.8~1.0mm、高岭土与介质球的质量比1:1、磨剥时间120min.
