针对渤海南部海域已落实和待落实小油田难以独立开发的难题,在垦利3-2油田群的开发中提出了“勘探开发一体化、区域开发一体化、上下游一体化”的开发模式,使已落实的K 3-2等5个油田得到了有效开发,使区域内待落实的油气田开发实现了区域性提前规划,经济效益十分显著.目前垦利3-2油田群开发项目已进入建造施工阶段.%There are a number of small or marginal oil fields in the southern Bohai Sea area,which cannot be developed independently.The development program of KL3-2 oilfield group solved this problem with the development mode of "Three Integrations",exploration and development integration,regional development integration,and upstream and downstream integration.The development mode led to the effective development of proved five oilfields of KL3-2 oilfield group and realized the regional planning for development of other oilfields in this block in advance.The development project of KL3-2 oilfield group is currently under construction.
