水平井新型自动流入控制器的研发与流体敏感性分析

         

摘要

In the process of horizontal wells production, there is high risk of bottom water coning, but the traditional ICD will lose its efficiency after bottom water breakthrough.Addressing to this problem, a new type of AICD was developed to balance fluid producing profile before the bottom water breakthrough, to restrict water inflow after bottom water breakthrough, and to select the oil/water flowing patterns automatically by using the Ytype and T-type three-way shunt pipes.CFD numerical simulation software was used to analyze the flow field and fluid sensitivity of this new AICD.The results show that due to the high speed swirl of water while passing through this device (there is no swirl for oil) , the differential pressure of water is much higher than that of the oil, which leads to the new AICD is sensitive to viscosity, water cut and flowrate.The best applicable viscosity range is between 80~320mPa·s, flowrate range is between 10~35m3/d, and the differential pressure increases with water cut while passing through this device.The water control performance of the new AICD was verified by laboratory experiments, and the comparative analysis indicated that this device is more suitable for horizontal wells with higher liquid production.The research results in this paper are of great significance for delaying the coning of bottom water, extending the service life of oil wells and enhancing the recovery efficiency of oilfield.%针对底水油藏水平井在生产过程中容易出现底水快速锥进, 而传统ICD在底水突破后失效的问题, 研发了一种在底水突破前能均衡产液剖面、底水突破后能限制水产出的新型AICD, 该新型AICD利用Y型和T型三通管分流原理可实现油水流动方式的自动选择.利用CFD数值模拟软件分析了新型AICD流场和流体敏感性, 结果表明:水的过阀压降远大于油的过阀压降, 原因是水在新型AICD中产生高速旋流, 而油在新型AICD中不产生旋流;新型AICD对黏度、含水率和流量较为敏感, 最佳适用的黏度范围为80~320mPa·s、流量范围为10~35m3/d, 过阀压降随含水率增加而增大.通过室内实验验证了新型AICD的控水性能, 对比分析认为新型AICD更适用于产液量较高的底水油藏水平井.本文研究成果对延缓底水锥进、延长油井生产寿命、提高油田采收率具有重要意义.
