为了量化安全屏障的性能,提出基于多米诺效应的LOPA模型,阐述模型中相应逻辑门的计算过程与取值来源,并以我国“恩平”海洋油气田DPP平台设备为例对事故设备涉及的紧急切断系统(ESD)、安全阀(PSV)、水喷淋系统(WDS)和紧急泄压系统(EDP)等保护层的表现性能进行量化分析与计算,得到起减弱或抑制多米诺扩散效应的保护层组合形式.%The Layer of Protection Anlysis(LOPA) model based on Domino effect is developed aimed at the definition and quantification of safety barrier performance in the prevention of escalation.The simulations of the corresponding logic gate and data source are demonstrated."EN PING" DPP platform is taken as a case study to calculate quantitatively the performance of protection layer,such as Emergency Shutdown Systems (ESD),Pressure Safety Valve (PSV),Water Deluge Systems (WDS),and Emergency Depressurization Systems (EDP).The effective protection layer combinations to mitigate the domino diffusion effect are concluded.
