麻疯树油一步加氢催化制备生物航空煤油

         

摘要

Bio-aviation kerosene was prepared from Jatropha oil by one-step hydrogenation with Pt/SAPO-11 as catalyst. The impacts of reaction temperature, hydrogen pressure, ratio of oil to catalyst, reaction time and stirring speed on C8-C16ratio and C8-C16isomerization rate were studied. The results showed that the optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows:reaction temperature 290℃,hy-drogen pressure 2.5 MPa,ratio of oil to catalyst 10:1,reaction time 3 h and stirring speed 200 r/min. Under the optimal conditions, the C8- C16ratio and C8- C16isomerization rate were 69. 2% and 19.01%,respectively. The performance of the distillation product was detected,and each index met the standard of GB 6537—2006 No. 3 jet fuel.%以麻疯树油为原料,以自制的Pt/SAPO-11为催化剂,一步加氢制备生物航空煤油.探究了反应温度、氢压、油剂比、反应时间和转速对C8~C16比率和C8~C16烃异构率的影响.结果表明:在反应温度290℃、氢压2.5 MPa、油剂比10:1、反应时间3 h、转速200 r/min的条件下,产物C8~C16比率为69.2%,C8~C16烃异构率为19.01%;对精馏后的产品进行性能检测,各检测指标达到了3号喷气燃料的标准(GB 6537—2006).
