微波辅助萃取米糠油的工艺优化

         

摘要

Rice bran oil was extracted by microwave - assisted means. The influences of extraction solvent, microwave power,extraction temperature,extraction time and ratio of material to solvent on the yield office bran oil were investigated by single factor experiment, then the optimum parameters were determined by orthogonal test. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: extraction temperature 65 X.,extraction time 100 s,microwave power 600 W,ratio of material to solvent 1:5. Under the optimal conditions, the yield of rice bran oil was 19.16%. Microwave - assisted extraction had many advantages, such as short extraction time,high efficiency,good quality of crude oil,etc.%通过微波辅助提取米糠油.通过单因素试验考察了溶剂种类、微波功率、萃取温度、萃取时间和料液(米糠与溶剂)比对米糠油提取率的影响,并通过正交试验确定了最佳提取工艺参数.结果表明:萃取温度65℃,微波功率600W,微波处理时间100s,料液比1∶5,米糠油提取率为19.16%.微波辅助提取法具有提取时间短、效率高、毛油质量好等优点.
