随着国际地缘政治的发展和国际体系的变化，南太平洋地区的战略地位日益突出，并成为新时期的海上战略通道。中国应充分考虑南太平洋地区的现实形势，维持该地区的“软平衡”态势。本文建议中国的海洋战略应遵循“合理选点、合理布局、合作为先、合法作业”的原则，逐步完善南太平洋地区的海洋战略。%With the development of international geopolitics and the changes of international system, the strategic status of south pacific is becoming increasingly prominent and it has become a martime strategic passage in new times. China should fully consider the regional practical situation and maintain the situation of soft balance. This article is advising that China's maritime strategy should follow the principle of reasonable arrangement, active collaboration as well as legal operation to improve this region's maritime strategy step by step.
