漂浮输油软管的径向压载模拟研究

         

摘要

为了解某国产漂浮输油软管的抗径向压载能力及各层结构在径向压载下的响应,根据标准API 17K及OCIMF-2009的要求,利用有限元软件ABAQUS建立了漂浮输油软管的径向压载模型,并完成了大位移载荷下的数值模拟.模拟结果表明:螺旋钢筋层是漂浮输油软管承担径向压载的主要构件,其应力较大值位于上、下、左、右4个边界区域;漂浮输油软管的径向压载力与径向压缩量呈现明显的线性关系,在一段初始压缩量之后,会在相当大的一段压缩量内保持良好的线性关系,漂浮输油软管的径向抗压刚度稳定值约为1 kN/mm,可满足工程实际需要.研究结果可为漂浮输油软管的现场应用提供参考.%To understand the radial pressure load capacity of a domestically made floating oil hose and the response of each layer under radial pressure,the radial pressure load model of floating oil hose was established using the finite element software ABAQUS according to the requirements of API 17K and OCIMF-2009 standard.The numerical simulation under large displacement load was conducted.The simulation results showed that the spiral reinforced layer is the main component of the floating oil hose that bears the radial pressure load,whose stress peak locates at up,down,left,right four boundary areas.The radial pressure load and radial compression of the floating oil hose show a clear linear relationship within a considerable amount of compression after an initial compression.The stability value of the radial compression stiffness of the floating oil hose is about 1 kN/mm,which can meet the actual requirements of the project.
