In order to solve problems of conventional plug such as complex operation and low plugging relia⁃bility, a novel switching tubing pump plug is developed�The plug could build an oil production channel by using its structure and control channel switching by using an integrated reversing device to achieve isolation and connection between tubing and reservoir�Laboratory simulation test proves that the plug can meet design requirements for open⁃ing, closing and sealing property�Site application results show that, the novel switching tubing pump plug could be easily installed and operated to generate a good plugging effect and meet the requirements for workover operation without well control.%为了解决常规堵塞器在使用时操作复杂及封堵可靠性低等问题，研制了新型开关式管式泵堵塞器。该堵塞器利用自身结构构建采油通道，并依靠一体式换向装置控制通道的开、关，实现了油管与油层间的隔断与连通，这种封堵方式对油管没有任何损伤，从而保证了油管的使用寿命。室内模拟试验证明了该堵塞器开启与关闭动作的可靠性以及堵塞器的密封性满足设计要求。现场应用结果表明，新型开关式管式泵堵塞器安装方便，操作简单，具有良好的封堵效果，满足不压井修井作业的要求。
