超深有杆泵井流线型助抽器的研究与应用∗

         

摘要

To address the issues of liquid supply shortage and low pump efficiency of ultra⁃deep well in Tahe Oilfield, downhole supporting tools have been developed and onsite tests have been conducted on the ultra⁃deep pumping well to improve efficiency and quality�The main structure and working principle of the streamlined pum⁃ping improvement device has been introduced�This tool does not change the formation permeability, but based on the principle of conservation of energy, increases the fluid instantaneous line speed, turning the pressure energy into kinetic energy, speeding up fluid flow, changing fluid flow regime, thus increase pump coefficient of fullness to increase production�The spiral cut device could change the status of fluid into the pump, reducing the pump re⁃sistance�Field tests results show that the tool could increase the fluid velocity into pump and improve the pump fill⁃ing degree without changing the pump structure�The nine test wells had an increased average pump efficiency of 4�9%�Six of the nine wells had a significant fluid extraction performance with increased average pump efficiency of 21�3% and enhanced average daily production of 5�3 t.%针对塔河油田超深井存在供液不足和泵效低的问题,通过研发井下配套工具,开展了超深井提质提效深抽现场试验研究。重点介绍了流线型助抽器的主要结构及工作原理,该装置不改变地层渗透能力,只是根据能量守恒原理,提高流体瞬间线速度,使其压能变动能,加快流体流速,改变流体流态,提高泵的充满系数,增加产量;通过螺旋切入设备改变流体的入泵状态,减小入泵阻力。现场试验结果表明,该工具在不改变泵体结构的情况下,可以达到提升流体入泵速度、提高泵的充满程度的目的,9口试验井平均泵效提高4�9%,其中6口井提液效果明显,泵效平均提高21�3%,日产液平均提高5�3 t。
