振动筛质心偏移对筛箱侧壁的影响

         

摘要

The dynamic model of the centroid offset of shale shaker was established to study the effect of material unevenness on the shaker's safety during operation. The simulation analysis was conducted on the basis of the model. Meanwhile, it was suggested that the support form of bracing spring should be changed so as to eliminate the effect caused by centroid offset. In modeling the frame of the shaker was simplified as a fixed bracket, the screen box was constructed as a cube and the exciter was simplified as a harmonic force with an angle of 45 o with the horizontal plane according to the action principle. The simulation indicates that due to the offset load caused by the material unevenness during the running of the shaker, the lateral swing of the screen box increases remarkably with the increase of offset load distance. The size of offset load mass has a remarkable effect on the lateral swing of the box. Moreover, the sereen box tends to swing laterally with the increase of the mass and the increase is very fast.%为了研究钻井液振动筛运行时由于物料的非均匀性作用对振动筛安全的影响,建立了振动筛质心偏移的动力学模型,并以此模型为基础进行了仿真分析,同时提出了改变支撑弹簧的支撑形式以消除质心偏移造成的影响。建模时将振动筛机架部分简化为固定支架,筛箱构建为立方块,激振器按作用原理简化为一与水平面呈45°夹角的谐波力。仿真结果认为,钻井液振动筛运行时由于物料的非均匀性作用主要体现为质心偏载,随着偏载距离的增加,振动筛筛箱的侧向摆动加剧;偏载质量的大小对振动筛筛箱的侧向摆动的影响非常显著,而且随着质量的增大,振动筛筛箱的侧向呈现左右摆动的趋势,增长极快。
