基于渐扩管流阻理论的双梯形筛管割缝结构研究

         

摘要

There is currently less research on local resistance loss of dual trapezoidal slot. Therefore, the conical diffuser flow resistance theory was adopted to propose the design method for dual trapezoidal slot on the basis of resistance coefficient. The comparative study was conducted with the methods of theoretical calculation and simulation calculation. The analysis shows that the total resistance coefficient of dual trapezoidal slot changes with diffusion angle. Given the inlet Reynolds numbers and suitable turning width, there always exists the optimal diffusion angle which minimizes the total resistance. The optimal diffusion angle differs with the inlet Reynolds numbers. Within the scope of common Reynolds numbers, the greater the Reynolds number, the larger the optimal diffusion angle.%鉴于目前对割缝筛管的双梯形缝局部阻力损失研究较少的状况,运用渐扩管流动阻力理论,提出基于阻力系数的双梯形缝隙的设计方法,并分别用理论计算与仿真计算方法进行了相应的研究对比。分析结果表明,双梯形缝总阻力系数随扩散角的变化而变化,对于给定入口雷诺数与合适转折宽度的情况下,总存在最佳扩散角使总阻力最小;最佳扩散角随入口雷诺数的不同而不同,在常见的雷诺数范围内,雷诺数越大,最佳扩散角越大。
