目的:观察苯甲酸雌二醇软膏联合盐酸氟西汀治疗女性更年期综合征的疗效和安全性.方法:将62例女性更年期综合征患者随机均分为试验组与对照组.试验组患者应用苯甲酸雌二醇软膏联合盐酸氟西汀治疗,对照组患者常规口服戊酸雌二醇片治疗,观察、比较两组患者的疗效及安全性.结果:治疗2个月后,两组患者Kupperman 11项评分均较治疗前显著下降(P＜0.05),下降幅度组间比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；在治疗1、2个月时间点上,试验组患者汉密尔顿抑郁评分较治疗前显著下降,且下降幅度大于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗过程中,试验组患者不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:苯甲酸雌二醇软膏联合盐酸氟西汀治疗女性更年期综合征疗效较好,且不良反应发生率较低.%OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy of Estradiol benzoate ointment combined with fluoxetine hydrochloride in the treatment of female menopausal syndrome.METHODS:62 female patients suffering from menopausal syndrome,from Mar.2011 to May 2012,were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group received the treatment of Estradiol benzoate ointment combined with fluoxetine hydrochloride while the control group received conventional oral Estradiolvalerate tablet.Clinical efficacies and safeties of 2 groups were observed and compared.RESULTS:After 2 months of treatment,the 11 items of Kupperman scores in 2 groups decreased significantly (P＜0.05),but the decline degree showed no significant difference between 2 groups (P＞0.05).Hamilton depression rating of experimental group decreased significantly and its decline degree was larger than that of control group (P＜0.05).During the treatment,the incidence of adverse drug reaction in experimental group was lower than in control group (P＜0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Estradiol benzoate ointment combined with fluoxetine hydrochloride can alleviate menopausal syndrome and treat depression effectively.In addition,it has fewer side effects.
