OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the improvement of pharmacy teaching.METHODS:New teaching methods and mode were put forward based on college students' psychological characteristics by analyzing situation of pharmacy teaching.RESULTS:Contemporary college students were thoughtful,open-minded,strong self-consciousness.Teachers tries to guide students to study by methods such as heuristic teaching,designing little topics,providing the space of expression,meeting students' self-esteem.To some extent those measures had improved students' learning enthusiasm and pharmacy teaching.CONCLUSIONS:The pharmacy teaching mode is practical and feasible,based on students' psychology.%目的:为提高药剂学教学效果提供参考.方法:从分析药剂学教学的现状入手,结合当代大学生的心理特征,提出基于学生心理的教学新方法和新模式.结果:当代大学生具有思想活跃、思维开阔、自我意识强等心理特点.在药剂学教学中,教师可运用启发式教学、设计开放式小课题等方式,并给学生表现自己的空间,满足其自尊心,可在一定程度上提高学生的学习积极性和药剂学教学水平.结论:基于学生心理的药剂学教学模式切实可行.
