OBJECTIVE: To investigate the drug utilization in a tumor hospital during 2008 -2010. METHODS: The data of drug use in the hospital from 2008 to 2010 were analyzed statistically by cost order. RESULTS: The total consumption sum of drugs in the hospital in these three years had increased year by year. The average annual growth rate was 28.20% , and the growth rate had also increased annually. The consumption sum of anti-cancer drugs, anti-infection drugs, drugs for digestive system, drugs affecting immunologic function and drugs affecting blood system always took up the top five during the past three years. The consumption sum of top 5 categories of drugs accounted for nearly 80% of the total consumption sum. The numbers of drugs used annually were all about 500. Consumption sum of 10% drugs was more than 70% of total consumption sum. CONCLUSION: The drug utilization in the hospitals has its special features, that is to say, there is an obvious central tendency in the variety and the consumption sum of drug used in the tumor hospital, and the drug consumption structure is relatively steady.%目的:旨在从净收益法视角出发,明确成本-效果阈值在药物经济学中的重要意义.方法:分类介绍净收益法的4种情况,从理论方法层面分析4种情况下成本-效果阈值与净收益法的内在联系.结果:净收益法4种情况中的任何一种都要受到成本-效果阈值的影响.结论:净收益法的4种情况均是成本-效果阈值的函数,成本-效果阈值的取值直接决定净收益计算结果.
