目的:介绍Excel VBA在自动更新药物的限定日剂量(DDD值)中的应用.方法:利用Excel VBA的QueryTables对象,通过VBA代码动态设置其Add方法的WEB查询字符串变量,实现自动查询、更新药物的DDD值,并与人工操作进行比较.结果与结论:利用Excel VBA能简便地实现自动查询、更新药物的DDD值,与人工的输入查询、复制、粘贴比较,极大地减少了工作量,提高了准确性.通过对代码的改进加强,还可以把Excel格式的查询结果进一步处理,如转换成DBF格式,就可直接用于DBF格式的药物信息数据利用分析中用药频度(DDDs)及与其相关指标的自动计算,提高了药物利用分析的效率和准确性.%OBJECTIVE: To introduce the application of Excel VBA in auto-updating of drug's defined daily dose (DDD). METHODS: Using QueryTables object in Excel VBA, the WEB searching string variable of Add method was set up dynamically to realize the auto-searching and auto-updating of the drug's DDD values, and was compared with manual operation. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: Excel VBA can achieve auto-searching and auto-updating of drug's DDD. Compared with manual searching, copying, and pasting, Excel VBA will greatly decrease workload and increase accuracy. By further improving and enhancing the code, it is possible to convert Excel into DBF format, which can further be used in the auto-calculating of DDDs and other calculations, improving the efficiency and accuracy in the drug utility analysis.
