应用圆形分布法探讨药品不良反应发生的时间规律

         

摘要

OBJECTIVE: To explore the regularity of time distribution of adverse drug reactions (ADR), and to provide reference for monitoring, prevention and control of ADR METHODS: Circular distribution statistics method was used to analyze 21 969 ADR cases collected by Guizhou Center for ADR Monitoring from 2005 to 2009.RESULTS: The number of ADRs showed an upward tendency from 2005 to 2009, and the distribution of occurrence time of ADRs showed centralization characteristics.The monthly distribution tendency of case number were similar over four years.Peak value appeared during Jul.~Oct., which was 50%of the total number.The number of ADR in summer and autumn was significantly higher than in winter and spring.The peak point of number of ADR occurred in mid-August.CONCLUSION: According to the high incidence of ADR in summer and autumn,countermeasures should be taken in advance to minimize drug risk.%目的:探讨药品不良反应(ADR)发生时间的分布规律,为ADR监测和防控工作提供参考.方法:采用圆形分布法,对贵州省ADR监测中心2005-2009年收集的21 969例ADR的发生时间进行统计、分析.结果:各年度上报的ADR数量基本呈逐年上升趋势;ADR发生的时间分布存在明显集中的趋势;各年度病例数的月份分布趋势一致,呈现位于7-10月的单峰,单峰报告数占全年发病数的50%;夏秋季发病例数明显高于冬春季;ADR的高峰点为8月中旬.结论:应针对夏、秋季ADR高发的特点,提前采取应对措施,争取将药品风险降至最低.
