基于生物相容性材料的3D打印骨骼修复技术的研究与应用

         

摘要

骨骼修复手术是一种难度很高的外科手术,手术成功的关键因素之一是骨骼修复材料的选择及其成型结构.随着3D打印技术在临床医学中的广泛应用,基于生物相容性材料的3D打印骨骼修复技术逐渐降低了骨骼修复手术的医疗成本和失败率.对骨骼修复手术中应用的3D打印生物相容性材料进行了分类,分别阐述了高分子材料和陶瓷材料在该领域的研究和应用.最后提到了3D打印生物相容性材料在骨骼修复中的发展趋势和深远意义.%The bone repair surgery is a kind of high difficulty surgery,and the keys to success of the surgery are the selection and forming structure of bone-repairing materials.With three-dimensional (3-D) printing technology used widely in clinical medicine,and based on the biocompatibility material,the medical cost and the failure rate for repair surgery reduced gradually by the 3-D printing bone-repairing technology.The 3-D printing biocompatibility materials in application of the bone-repair surgery were classified.Respectively the polymer materials and ceramic materials in the field of research and application were introduced.Finally the development trend and far-reaching significance of 3-D printing biocompatibility materials in bone-repair were mentioned.
