PVDF/PEO/PS交联复合型凝胶聚合物电解质薄膜的制备及性能测试

         

摘要

The poly (vinylidene fluoride)/poly (ethylene oxide)/polystyrene (PVDF/PEO/PS) crosslinked gel polymer electrolyte membranes were prepared by a simple phase inversion technique and in situ cross-linking of PS.The porosity,electrolyte uptake and ionic conductivity of the membranes were determined and scanning electron microscopy was used to characterize the morphology of the membranes.The results show that when the weight ratio of PS to (PS/PEO) is 25% in the PVDF-30% (PS/PEO) membrane,the obtained gel polymer electrolyte possesses the porosity value of 67.4%,the electrolyte uptake up to 184.3%and the ionic conductivity of 4.4×10-3 S/cm.%采用相反转法和聚苯乙烯原位交联制备了一系列聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)、聚氧化乙烯(PEO)和聚苯乙烯(PS)交联复合型凝胶聚合物电解质薄膜,测定了它们的孔隙率、吸液率、离子电导率等性能,并通过扫描电镜对其形貌进行了分析.结果表明,PVDF-30% (PEO/PS)薄膜中当PS含量达到PEO/PS总含量的25%时薄膜具有较高的孔隙率、吸液率和电导率,孔隙率达到67.4%,吸液率高达184.3%,离子电导率为4.4×10-3 S/cm.
