热塑性木薯淀粉/PVA/SiO2复合材料的加工行为与力学性能研究

         

摘要

Thermoplastic cassava starch (TPS)/polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)/silica (SiO2) composites was prepared by melting method,and the processing and mechanical properties of composites were studied.The results show that with the increase of the amount of SiO2,the tensile strength of the TPS/PVA/SiO2 composites is increased first and then is decreased.When the SiO2 content is 2 phr,the tensile strength of composites reaches the maximum value of 22.65 MPa.The tensile strength of TPS/PVA-1799/SiO2composites is higher than that of the TPS/PVA-1788/SiO2composites.The tensile strength of composites is conducive to be increased by adding the modified SiO2.With the increase of the amount of SiO2,the plasticizing time of composites was shortened,and the plasticizing torque and the balance torque are increased.With the increasing amount of glycerol,the plasticizing time,torque and the balance torque of the composites are decreased.The processing of TPS/PVA/SiO2 composites is beneficially improved by the addition of PVA-1788 and the surface modified SiO2.%通过熔融法制备热塑性木薯淀粉(TPS)/聚乙烯醇(PVA)/二氧化硅(SiO2)复合材料,并研究复合材料的加工性能和力学性能.结果表明,随着SiO2用量增加,TPS/PVA/SiO2复合材料的拉伸强度先上升后下降,当SiO2用量为2份时复合材料的拉伸强度最高达到22.65 MPa;TPS/PVA-1799/SiO2复合材料的拉伸强度高于TPS/PVA-1788/SiO2复合材料的;经过表面改性的SiO2有利于提高TPS/PVA/SiO2复合材料拉伸强度.随着SiO2用量的增加,TPS/PVA/SiO2复合材料的塑化时间缩短,塑化扭矩和平衡扭矩增加.随着甘油用量的增加,复合材料的塑化时间、塑化扭矩和平衡扭矩均降低;添加PVA-1788和表面处理后SiO2有利于提高TPS/PVA/SiO2复合材料的塑化性能.
