选取3种不同规格的短切碳纤维(CF),分别通过挤出注塑的方法制备了不同CF填充量的聚丙烯/碳纤维复合材料(PP/CF),并对其力学性能、熔体流动性能、硬度和热稳定性等性能进行了表征研究.结果表明,相比长度为0.5mm的CF和粒径为74μm的CF粉,长度为7 mm的CF更能显著提高复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和冲击强度,但会降低材料的断裂伸长率;3种CF的加入都会降低复合材料的熔体流动速率,且填充量越大,降低效果越明显;3种CF都能提高材料的硬度,填充量越大,硬度越大;另外,CF能改善材料的热稳定性,CF对复合材料的熔融温度影响不明显,但能提高其结晶温度.%Polypropylene (PP)-based composites reinforced by three different carbon fiber (CF) were prepared by melt extrusion and their mechanical properties,melt fluidity,hardness and thermal stability were investigated.The results indicated that the composites achieved much higher tensile strength,flexural strength and impact toughness when using the CF with a length of 7 mm compared with the other two types of CF.However,the incorporation of these three types of CF reduced the melt fluidity of the composites.The higher the content of CF,the lower the melt fluidity.However,higher CF content resulted in greater hardness.The thermal stability was also improved with the addition of CF.Moreover,the presence of CF did not affect the melting temperature of the composite but improved their crystallization temperatures.
