以二氧化碳(CO2)/酒精/反式-1,3,3,3-四氟丙烷[HFO-1234ze(E)]为组合发泡剂采用二次发泡法制备聚苯乙烯挤出发泡板材.研究了二次发泡的温度和时间对发泡板材结构和性能的影响.结果表明,二次发泡可以降低发泡板材的密度10％左右,并且显著提高其尺寸稳定性,但对其他性能影响不大;CO2/酒精组合发泡剂制备的发泡板材和CO2/酒精/HFO-1234ze(E)3组分组合发泡剂制备的发泡板材表现出类似的二次发泡行为.%An extruded polystyrene foaming board was manufactured through a two-procedure foaming technique by using a combined blowing agent composed of ethanol,carbon dioxide and trans-1,3,3,3-tetrafluoroprop-1-ene [HFO-1234ze(E)].The effects of soaking time and temperature on the structures and properties of the foaming board were investigated.The results indicted that the bulk density of the foaming board decreased by about 10 ％ but its dimension stability was improved significantly by use of the two-procedure foaming technique.However,there were few effects on the other properties.In addition,the foaming board prepared by using a CO2/EtOH combined blowing agent exhibited a foaming behavior similar to that by the CO2/EtOH/HFO-1234ze(E) combined blowing agent.
