电饭煲注塑模具自动脱模机构及控制机构设计

         

摘要

采用对特征进行分类设计脱模机构的方法,研究了产品上8种特殊特征的构成特点,有针对性地设计了6种特殊的脱模机构.结合前模深腔及深柱位的脱模要求,设计了前模顶针板先行顶出脱模机构.结合侧边特征需要同时在2个方向上同步脱模的要求,设计了双油缸驱动,斜导柱驱动的二次复合脱模机构;针对前模及后模3种侧孔所在位置的脱模机构设计空间受到限制的问题,分别设计了3种T型槽锁块驱动的侧抽芯机构.产品的最终顶出由滑块式斜顶杆及顶针共同顶出.依据模具须自动化生产的要求,设计了六板式承载模架及相应的模板开闭逻辑控制机构.结果表明,机构及模具结构设计合理,实现了产品自动化注塑生产.%Structural features of injection moulds of rice cookers were investigated intensively,and then sixty sorts of special demoulding mechanisms were designed through classifying design methods aiming to the characteristics of demoulding mechanisms.A front mould ejector plate mechanism was designed on the basis of front cavity demoulding requirements for deep cavities and deep columns.Moreover,a two-stage compound ejection mechanism driven by two guide cylinders was designed by combination of simultaneous demoulding on two directions and side features.In addition,three types of side core pulling mechanisms driven by T groove lock blocks were designed according to the location of three side holes on the front and back mould.The final ejection of products was pushed out jointly by the slider-ejector rod and ejector.According to the requirement of automatic production for the mould,a six-plate bearing frame and relevant templating openingclosing logic control mechanism were designed.Experimental results indicated that design of these mechanisms and die structures were reasonable,and therefore,the automatic injection-molding production was well carried out.
