Research progresses in magnetic responsive shape memory polymers were reviewed, including poly （lactic acid）, polycaprolactone, and polyurethane. The application of magnetic responsive shape memory polymers in biomedical engineering was introduced, including drug delivery, orthopaedic, fracture fixation, and stroke.
