聚氨酯/环氧树脂泡沫材料的制备及性能研究

         

摘要

采用环己烷、水为共发泡剂制备了聚氨酯、环氧树脂、聚乙二醇为主体成分的硬质泡沫材料,利用热失重仪、光学显微镜等对泡沫材料的热性能、力学性能及泡孔结构进行了研究。结果表明,随着聚乙二醇的加入,泡沫材料的压缩强度和冲击强度均呈现先增大后减小的趋势,当聚乙二醇含量为30份(质量份数,下同)时,泡沫材料的压缩强度和冲击强度均达到较佳水平;加入环氧树脂能够提高泡沫材料的热分解温度,且当其含量为15-20份时,泡沫材料的压缩强度和冲击强度均达到较高水平;泡沫材料的压缩强度、冲击强度在环己烷与水质量比为10/1时达到最大值。%Polyurethane/epoxy resin foam was prepared by a one step method with cyclohexane and water as the foaming agents. Universal testing machine, thermo-gravimetric analysis, and optical microscope were used to test the mechanical property, thermal properties, and the cell structure. Effects of polyethylene glycol and epoxy resin on the apparent density, mechanical property, and thermal stability of the foams were studied. With increasing contents of polyethylene glycol, both compressive and impact strengths of the foams first increased and then decreased. When contents of polyethylene glycol were 30 phr, both compressive strength and impact strength achieved the best level. Thermal stability of the foam increased when adding epoxy resin to the system. When epoxy resin was 15 - 20 phr, the overall mechanical properties of the foams were the best. Maximum compressive and impact strength were obtained when the cyclohexane/water was 10/1.
