注塑机驱动系统不同联接方式的响应研究

         

摘要

The system response was determined by the joint way between servo motor and variable pump. In order to achieve a compromise among high speed, high precision, and low noise, a new joint way of the motor and variable pump was proposed. Dual-mass and three-mass systems were analyzed by theory of torsion vibration system. The torsion vibration characteristic was simulated and the experiment was carried out. It was found that the dual-mass system had better response.%针对高速度、高精度和低噪声之间的矛盾,提出了对注塑机伺服电机和变量泵联接方式的结构改进设计。用当量扭振系统的理论对两质量和三质量系统进行了分析,对扭振系统进行了仿真并进行了运行实验。结果表明,电机和泵同轴的两质量系统有利于提高响应速度。
