目的 对非肠道头孢菌素临床药理作用进行探究.方法 210株腹泻患者菌株, 对其大便进行标本培养, 致病菌通过生化以及血清进行鉴定.结果 通过检查, 氨苄西林以及复方新诺明具有较高的耐药率, 分别为94.29%、84.76%.结论 由耐三代头孢菌素所产生的肠道病原菌上升速度较快, 应予以相应的重视, 并增强预防.%Objective To investigate pharmacological action by parenteral cephalosporins. Methods A total of 210 strains from diarrhea patients were taken for excrement sample culture. Biochemical and serum detection were taken for pathogenic bacteria.Results Detection showed that ampicillin and compound sinomin contained high drug resistance rate, as 94.29% and 84.76%.Conclusion Enteric pathogenic bacteria induced by third-generation cephalosporins resistance shows quick increasing, and it requires attention and enhanced prevention.
