目的：分析溃疡性上消化道出血经康复新液与泮托拉唑联合治疗的临床效果。方法106例溃疡性上消化道出血患者,根据入院顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组53例。对照组采用泮托拉唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合康复新液治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、临床症状缓解时间、疾病复发率以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率96.23%高于对照组83.02%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.970, P<0.05)。观察组腹部疼痛、出血缓解时间分别为(1.46±0.64)h 和(23.37±15.83)h,均短于对照组的(2.69±0.61)h 和(30.38±13.52)h,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率3.77%低于对照组15.09%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=3.975, P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率1.89%低于对照组13.21%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.867, P<0.05)。结论采用康复新液与泮托拉唑联合治疗溃疡性上消化道出血可以迅速缓解临床症状,提高治疗效果,有效控制疾病复发,减少不良反应的发生风险,疗效确切,安全可靠,具有临床推广价值。%Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with pantoprazole in the treatment of ulcerative upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods A total of 106 ulcerative upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients were divided by admission order into control group and observation group, with 53 cases in each group. The control group received pantoprazole for treatment, and the observation group also received Kangfuxin Liquid for treatment. Comparison were made on clinical effect, clinical symptoms relieving time, recurrence rate, and incidence of adverse reaction. Results The observation group had total effective rate as 96.23%, which was higher than 83.02% in control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The observation group had abdomen pain and bleeding relief time respectively as (1.46±0.64) h and (23.37±15.83) h, which were shorter than (2.69±0.61) h and (30.38±13.52) h in control group, and the differences had statistical significance (P<0.05). The observation group had lower recurrence rate as 3.77% than 15.09% in control group, and the differences had statistical significance (χ2=3.975, P<0.05). The observation group had lower incidence of adverse reaction as 1.89% than 13.21% in control group, and the differences had statistical significance (χ2=4.867, P<0.05). Conclusion Kangfuxin Liquid combined with pantoprazole can quicken relive clinical symptom, improve clinical effect, effectively control recurrence, decrease incidence of adverse reaction in treating ulcerative upper gastrointestinal bleeding. This method shows precise effect, safe and reliable, and it has clinical promotion value.
