目的：分析产妇产程中应用拉玛泽呼吸法的效果。方法96例产妇，随机分为观察组(拉玛泽呼吸法+导乐陪伴分娩)与常规组(常规指导+导乐陪伴分娩)，每组48例，比较两组的效果。结果经对比后，观察组产妇分娩时的第一产程、第二产程时间及顺产率[(6.36±1.35)h、(32.09±17.19)h、85.42%]优于常规组[(8.19±1.46)h、(56.63±19.36)h、66.67%]，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛程度优于常规组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕妇怀孕期间学习拉玛泽呼吸法，并于分娩时灵活应用可有效缩短生产时间，提高顺产几率，降低剖宫产率，降低生产时的疼痛程度，减少产后出血量，降低新生儿窒息率，值得在临床上推广应用。%Objective To analyze the clinical effect of lamaze technique in labor stage. Methods A total of 96 maternal women were randomly divided into observation group(received lamaze technique and doula accompanied delivery) and control group(received routine instruction and doula accompanied delivery), with 48 cases in each group. Results The observation group had better first, second stage of labor time and spontaneous delivery rate[(6.36±1.35)h, (32.09±17.19)h and 85.42%]than control group[(8.19±1.46)h, (56.63±19.36)h and 66.67%], and differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).The observation group had a better pain degree than control group, difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Lamaze technique can be learned during pregnancy period. Implement of lamaze technique intrapartum can short delivery time, increase spontaneous delivery rate, and decrease cesarean rate and pain in delivery, postpartum bleeding, and newborn asphyxia rate, so this method is worth clinical promotion and application.
