Pediatric nurse acts as an important role in pediatric nursing, along with effect of secondary assistant for doctor. They provide timely and effective feedback of disease changes to doctor, and solves accident changes in children patients. Meanwhile, as a direct representation of patients, pediatric nurse can provide timely report of disease changes which cannot be easily detected by parents. Pediatric nurse are not only educator and instructor for parents, but also mediator in nurse-patient relationship. In order to analyze high quality cultivation in pediatric nurse, this paper elaborated important effects and current nursing condition in pediatric nurse, and promoted enhancement on quality in nurse, along with high quality cultivation measures and approaches through eight aspects.%儿科护士在患儿治疗中起着重要作用，发挥着医生第二助手的作用，把治疗过程中的病情变化及时有效地反馈给医生，或及时解决患儿的意外变化，同时，儿科护士还发挥着患儿直接代言人的作用，把家长不易察觉、观察不到的病情变化及时向医生反映。儿科护士还是患儿家长的教育者、指导者，医患、护患关系的调解者。为分析如何培养高素质儿科护士，阐述了儿科护士在儿科医疗中的重要作用及护理工作的现状，提出需提升护士素质，并从八个方面针对性地说明了培养高素质的方法和途径。
