目的：探讨B超引导下穿刺治疗乳腺脓肿的临床价值。方法41例乳腺脓肿的患者,于门诊行B超引导下行穿刺引流术,记录穿刺次数、脓肿愈合的时间、并发症的发生情况、复发情况、细菌培养结果等。结果41例乳腺脓肿[41例患者,单侧39例,双侧2例(共43只乳房),多发脓腔4侧],共穿刺106人次,平均穿刺2.6次,平均2周内痊愈,3例患者发生奶漏,其中2例转切开排脓(2个月愈合),1例坚持喂奶(3个月后愈合)。细菌培养以金黄色葡萄球菌为主。结论在超声引导下行乳腺脓肿的穿刺排脓治疗,具有创伤小、恢复快、美容效果好及安全可靠的特点。%Objective To investigate the clinical value of B ultrasound-guided paracentesis in the treatment of breast abscess.Methods There were 41 patients with breast abscess receiving B ultrasound-guided paracentesis as outpatients. Records were made on puncture times, abscess heal time, complications status, recurrence condition, and bacterial culture results, etc.Results Among the 41 breast abscess patients [41 cases, 39 unilateral cases, 2 bilateral cases (43 breasts), 4 multiple vomica sides], there were totally 106 puncture times, with the average puncture time as 2.6 times per people. Patients healed within an average time as 2 weeks, and there were 3 cases with milk leakage, 2 cases with alternative incision and apocenosis (healed after 2 months), and 1 case with continuous breast feeding (healed after 3 months). Bacterial culture mainly included staphylococcus aureus.Conclusion B ultrasound-guided paracentesis for breast abscess apocenosis contains advantages of small invasion, quick recovery, good cosmetic effect, good safety and reliability.
