Objective To investigate the effect of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD) treatment on aged patients with lower limb chronic skin ulcers. Methods The lower limb chronic skin ulcers was debrided under local anesthesia or none anesthesia, and the wound surface which filled with polyvinyl alcohol foams according to the size and shape of the cutting using for 7~8days, the wound treatment with dressing until wound healing after cover granulation tissue. Results In this group, the 105lower limb chronic skin ulcers were covered with granulation after VSD using for 1~4 times, and the wound was healed under dressing, with 6 monthes followed-up, the wound scar is not obvious, partial slightly sunken. Conclusion The procedure with vacuum sealing drainage to cure the aged patients with lower limb chronic skin ulcers is much more simpler, less trauma, shorten treatment and positive effect, it is worth popularizing.%目的：观察封闭负压引流技术治疗老年下肢慢性皮肤溃疡的临床疗效。方法下肢慢性皮肤溃疡在局麻或无麻醉下进行清创,按伤口大小和形状裁剪封闭负压引流(VSD)材料覆盖伤口创面,持续引流,7~8 d拆除,伤口为新鲜肉芽组织后改为换药治疗,直到伤口愈合。结果本组105例老年下肢慢性皮肤溃疡经1~4次封闭负压引流,伤口创面肉芽组织新鲜,经换药后创面愈合,随访半年,伤口处瘢痕不明显,部分局部稍凹陷。结论封闭负压引流技术治疗老年下肢慢性皮肤溃疡操作简单,损伤小,缩短了疗程,疗效肯定,值得临床应用。
