带束层结构参数对轮胎振动噪声的影响分析

         

摘要

In this study,the optimal belt structure parameters for low tire vibration noise were obtained by using orthogonal test design,and the noise reduction mechanism of tire was analyzed.The results showed that the order of belt structure parameter affecting tire vibration noise was as follows,from most significant to least significant:cord angle of 2# belt,cord angle of 3# belt,width of 2# belt,width of 3# belt.After optimization,the high-order natural frequency of the tire increased,and the radial vibration was less likely to be excited.In addition,the peak values of acceleration at tread and sidewall measurement points decreased,and the influence on the acceleration of tire tread and sidewall measurement points was mainly reflected in mid-frequency and high-frequency,respectively.The fluctuation and peak values of the power spectral density of excitation force decreased significantly,especially at the sensitive frequency of 440 Hz.%通过正交试验设计,得到轮胎低振动噪声的最优带束层结构参数组合,并分析轮胎的降噪机理.结果表明:影响轮胎振动噪声的带束层结构参数由主到次顺序为第2带束层帘线角度、第3带束层帘线角度、第2带束层宽度、第3带束层宽度;带束层结构优化后轮胎高阶固有频率增大,径向振动更不容易被激发;胎面和胎侧加速度峰值减小,对胎面和胎侧测点加速度的影响分别主要体现在中频段和高频段;激励力功率谱密度波动和峰值明显减小,在440 Hz敏感频率处降低显著.
