基于雷达数据的航段运行效率评价方法

         

摘要

为了分析不同航段的运行效率,选取低效率指数作为指标对其进行量化.根据雷达数据的特点将进、出航段点分为4类情况进行讨论,准确地计算航班在各航段的实际飞行距离,最终输出各航段的运行低效率指数,形成了基于雷达数据计算航段运行效率的一套完整方法.利用厦门扇区实际运行数据进行计算.结果表明扇区内运行效率较低的5个航段依次为AT-SAB-P169(1.33%)、LJG-DAGMO(0.97%)、DABER-TEBON(0.82%)、IKATA-TEBON(0.78%)以及FQG-P169(0.61%),与扇区内流量较大的航段相吻合,证明了该方法的可行性与正确性.%To analyze the operational efficiency of different segments ,the inefficiency was selected as an indicator to quantify it . According to the characteristics of the radar data ,the entry and exit sections were divided into four categories to discuss the actual flight distance of each flight ,and the finally the inefficiency of en-route segment was output .A set of integrity method of the cal-culation of en-route segment operation efficiency based on radar data was formed in the process .The practical operation data of Xiamen sector was taken as an example and the result shows that the five lowest en-route segments in these sectors were ATSAB-P169(1 .33% ) ,LJG-DAGMO (0 .97% ) ,DABER-TEBON (0 .82% ) ,IKATA-TEBON (0 .78% ) ,and FQG-P169 (0 .61% ) , which was consistenting with the actual operational and verified the feasibility and correctness of the method .
