半潜式海洋起重平台压载调配优化

         

摘要

海上重大件吊装的需求日渐增多,半潜式海洋起重平台具有不可比拟的优势.基于安全和成本考虑,压载调节计算和吊装时间都需要缩短.根据船舶相关原理和实际经验,专门针对半潜式海洋起重平台作业过程,创新调试方法,编制模拟系统,节省压载调节时间,减少人力物力投入.实际的吊装作业表明,利用模拟系统可以使整体吊装时间可节省60% ~70% 以上,吊装作业效率大大提高.%The semi-submerged offshore crane has the advantage of meeting the requirement of booming offshore loading .The loading operation time for ballast water should be shortened due to the security and cost .Based on relative principle and practical experience ,the software was developed to simulate ballasting process .The loading scheme with the shortest loading time was ob-tained through optimization while meeting the loading condition to reduce the time of whole loading operation and to cut down the investment of resource .60%-70% time can be saved according to the data of actual loading and the efficiency of loading operation was greatly improved .
