拖拉机静态稳定性的数值模拟

         

摘要

拖拉机发生意外倾覆仍然是农业生产活动中的1个严重问题,对拖拉机倾覆的问题和原因进行了分析,设计了1个数学模型以及对拖拉机静态稳定性的数值模拟方法,根据拖拉机所在斜坡的位置关系设计了1种摆动前桥.随后分析各参数如重心位置、轴距、轮距以及摆动轴安装点的高度、及其相对于斜坡上的位置对拖拉机的静态稳定性的影响.研究结果表明,改变这些参数可以显著提高拖拉机的静态稳定性.较好的静态稳定性可以直接提高动态稳定性,达到更好地预防拖拉机倾覆的目的,尤其是在倾斜的地形上工作时.%Tractor overturning is still a serious problem in agricultural activities.Through detailed analysis of the problems and causes leading to the overturning of a tractor,a mathematical model and a numerical method for tractor's static stability were developed.And an oscillating front axle was designed according to the position of a tractor on a slope.Then the influences of various parameters such as the position of the center of gravity,the wheelbase,the wheel track width,the height of the oscillating axle mounting point,and the position on a slope etc.on the tractor's static stability were analyzed.Results show that manipulating these parameters can significantly increase tractor's static stability.A better static stability can directly improve the dynamic stability,effectively preventing the overturning of a tractor,particularly while working on a sloping terrain.
