基于Isight的汽车传动轴前花键轴尺寸的优化设计

         

摘要

To verify the design reliability of the automobile transmission shaft and reduce its failure rate,the strength of shaft tube,cross shaft and rear spline shaft was analyzed by finite element method.And the length and diameter of the front spline shaft that did not meet the strength requirements were optimized based on Isight integrated optimization platform and particle swarm optimization method,then the best shaft length and diameter were obtained.After optimization,the principal stress of the front spline shaft was 520.1 MPa (reducing by 36%),implying that the optimization effect was obvious,and it meets the torsion strength requirement.%为了校核某汽车传动轴设计的可靠性,降低其故障率.采用有限元方法对其轴管、十字轴、后花键轴的强度进行分析后,基于Isight集成优化平台并且采用微粒群优化算法对不满足强度要求的前花键轴的轴长和轴径进行优化,得到最优的轴径和轴长.优化之后前花键轴的最大主应力为520.1 MPa,降低了36%,优化效果比较明显,并且满足扭转强度要求.
