伊维菌素和阿维菌素复配及其水乳剂的研制

         

摘要

In the research ,the toxicity of acaricide ivermectin and abamectin to Tetranychus cinnabarinus (Boisduval) was deter‐mined by residual contact vial method ,their optimal ratio was investigated by means of co‐toxicity factors and Sun’s co‐toxicity coefficients (CTC) .The 4% aqueous emulsion of ivermectin · abamectin (1∶1 .28) was prepared .The results show that the LC50 of ivermectin ,abamectin against T .cinnabarinus female adults was 7 .88 mg/L ,3 .76 mg/L at 24 h post‐treatment ,respec‐tively .Co‐toxicity factors method shows that ivermectin and abamectin complex has a synergistic effect .When the ratio of iver‐meetin to abamectin is 1∶1 .28 ,the co‐toxicity coefficient is 226 .02 .The ratio mathematical model of ivermectin · abamectin is Y= -2 .849 3X2 + 179 .62X-2 626 .8 ,R2 = 0 .840 2 ,the theory optimum ratio is 1∶1 .22 ,CTC = 204 .01 .The theoretical optical ratio is well consistant with the practically optical ratio .The performance of the prepared 4% aqueous emulsion of iver‐mectin · abamectin shows good .This work is meaningful for developing strategies to control the resistance of the T .cinnabarinus to acaricides ,and improving the safety of the preparation .%研究采用药膜法测定了伊维菌素、阿维菌素对朱砂叶螨[Tetranychus cinnabarinus(Boisduval)]的室内毒力,通过共毒因子法、共毒系数法对最佳配比进行筛选,并加工成质量分数4%伊维菌素·阿维菌素水乳剂。结果显示:伊维菌素、阿维菌素处理朱砂叶螨雌成螨24 h后的LC50分别为7.88 mg/L、3.76 mg/L ,伊维菌素:阿维菌素质量比为1∶1.28时,共毒系数(co‐toxici‐ty coefficient ,CTC)高达226.02。伊维菌素·阿维菌素配比的数学模型为Y =-2.8493X2+179.62X-2626.8,R2=0.8402,理论最佳配比质量比为1∶1.22,C T C=204.01,理论最佳配比与实际最佳配比增效一致。所研制质量分数4%伊维菌素·阿维菌素水乳剂外观呈白色均匀乳状液,热贮、冷贮等指标均合格,且分散性良好。本研究对于增加防治朱砂叶螨的药剂产品,延缓其抗药性的产生和发展,增加制剂的安全性具有重要意义。
