Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)is proposed to realize the mobile scientific papers sharing platform,by in-vestigating the information processing technology on different mobile platforms.The structure design,functions and process de-sign of mobile scientific papers sharing platform are introduced.The critical technologies are studied and verified on the demo system.%移动科技论文共享平台在移动平台不同信息处理技术研究的基础上，提出了采用微软通信基础（windows communica-tion foundation，WCF）技术实现移动科技论文共享的新技术，并从移动论文共享平台的架构设计、功能及流程设计论述了该系统需要实现的目标，对于系统实现中涉及到的关键技术进行研究，并对其中的核心技术所达到的效果进行测试，最终在模拟环境下实现了基于 WCF 技术的移动科技论文共享平台。
