Antimicrobial peptides (AMPs)are important members of the innate immune system in insects.To explore the effects of hydrogen peroxide (H2 O2 )on AMPs expression in the silkworm,H2 O2 was injected at the third day of the fifth instar and ex-pression of AMPs in the fatbofy was detected by Semi-quantitative Reverse Transcription PCR at 6,12,24 and 48 h four time points,respectively.The results show that all the tested AMPs transcription is significantly up-regulated in the H2 O2 treated silkworm,It suggest that H2 O2 is involved in the regulation of the generation of antimicrobial peptides in silkworm.%抗菌肽是昆虫免疫防卫系统产生的一类对抗外源性病原体的防御性多肽,具有分子量小、理化性能稳定和广谱抗菌的特性。为探索 H2 O2对家蚕抗菌肽表达水平的影响,本文利用半定量 RT-PCR 技术,通过给5龄第3天的家蚕幼虫注射外源H2 O2,检测脂肪体组织中的6种抗菌肽在注射后6、12、24和48 h 4个不同时间点的转录表达情况。结果显示,与对照相比,6种抗菌肽在注射 H2 O2后均有不同程度转录表达,表明 H2 O2能够有效地诱导抗菌肽基因的表达,对家蚕抗菌肽的产生具有调控作用。
