本文通过水热法在硼掺杂金刚石膜上制备了 ZnO 纳米棒阵列,并采用 X 射线衍射仪(XRD)、Raman 光谱、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等手段对样品的形貌和结构进行表征。电学性能测试结果表明,ZnO 纳米棒阵列/p 型金刚石异质结具有很好的整流特性。光催化性能研究结果表明,ZnO 纳米棒阵列与 p 型金刚石之间形成的异质结效应使 ZnO 纳米棒阵列/p 型金刚石异质结光催化剂具有良好的光催化性能,在紫外光照射下,其对甲基橙的降解率达到73%。%A special heterojunction of ZnO nanorod arrays (NRs)on boron-doped diamond thin film were fabricated by hydrother-mal method,and the morphologies and structures of the samples were characterized by using X-ray diffraction (XRD),Raman spectra,and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The results show that the ZnO NRs/p-diamond heterojunction has both good rectification characteristics and high photocatalytic properties.Under UV irradiation,degradation rate of methylorange dye reaches 73%.
