双离合器自动变速器换挡时序建模与仿真

         

摘要

The shifting sequence for dual clutch transmission (DCT)is influenced by many factors,which leads easily to undesired shifting and redundant shifting.Currently research on shifting sequence is still at initial stage,especially lack of systematization. In this paper,two parameters are introduced to classify different shifting process.Control strategies are presented for normal up-shifting,normal downshifting and mutiple downshifting respectively.On this basis,the simulation model of shifting sequence for DCT has been built using the Matlab/Simulink platform,and the simulation has been carried out under ECE cycle.The results show that the control strategy of shifting sequence for DCT has been validated.%双离合器自动变速器(DCT)换挡时序控制过程复杂,容易出现意外换挡、冗余换挡。针对当前对于换挡时序的研究缺乏系统完整性,引入两参数对换挡过程和换挡类别进行分类和识别,就换挡过程中顺序升挡、顺序降挡、同轴跳跃降挡以及异轴跳跃降挡分别制定相应的控制策略。在此基础上利用Matlab/Simulink软件平台搭建DCT换挡时序仿真模型,在城市道路行驶工况(ECE)下进行了DCT换挡时序仿真分析。仿真结果验证了提出的换挡时序控制策略可以有效地减少冗余换挡、意外换挡,提高了换挡过程的可靠性。
