We describe the river engineering and hydrological conditions of the Luoma Lake in northern Jiangsu province. A two-dimensional hydrodynamic mathematical model is established for the nearby rivers and the region of Luoma Lake. The water level and discharge process in a month are simulated and the dynamic and static capacities of the water level are compared. The flow field driven by the wind is calculated in the lake region. A calculation method of the relationship between water level and capacity is established by a correlation analysis. The regulation of floods in the Luoma Lake has characteristics of dynamic capacity and the relationship between water level and capacity can be calculated with linear equations.%介绍了骆马湖湖区及附近所在河段工程条件和水文情况,建立了包括骆马湖附近河段及湖区平面二维水动力数学模型。采用数学模型对一个月的水位一流量过程进行了计算,对动库容和静库容的水位一库容做了对比研究,对风在湖区产生的风生流进行了计算,通过相关性分析建立水位一库容的计算方法。研究表明,骆马湖在洪水调度过程中具有动库容特点,水位一库容值关系可以用线性方程拟合计算。
